Due to continued growth, we require experienced plumbers/mechanical site foremen to manage site operations on projects throughout Northern Ireland, ROI and the UK.

Applicants will be responsible for project management, site co-ordination and supervision of labour.

Candidates must have:
– organisation and management skills required to co-ordinate works on site
– must be a team player and highly motivated
– minimum 3 years’ experience on commercial projects
– current CSR card

We require new or part served apprentice plumbers to become part of a team working with experienced plumbers on contracts throughout Northern Ireland. Applicants have the opportunity to learn from professional, experienced plumbers on site while achieving qualifications through further education courses.

Job Title: Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor
Due to continued growth and success within commercial and industrial sectors, a permanent, full time Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor is required. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and leading mechanical supplier in Northern Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of Health, Safety and Environmental procedures and processes within the company.

Duties include:

– Carrying our risk assessments, method statements and safe systems of work.

– Site inspections to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and internal management systems.

– Carry out and investigate accident and incident reports.

– Identify, develop and implement appropriate improvements in working practices and within company management systems.

– Support project managers and site teams through all HS&E requirements including reports, guidance and associated documentation and literature.

Criteria:

– 2-3 years Health, Safety & Environmental experience, preferably within construction industry

– IOSH qualification or equivalent

– Occasional travel to sites in ROI and UK required
