Leafair Park & Playing Fields, Derry

This project on behalf of Derry City and Strabane District Council consisted of a three storey 998m² building providing services for a new sports facility. The building consisted of multi-purpose spaces, changing rooms complete with shower facilities, toilet areas, offices and snack bar service area. The third floor consisted of multiple offices, an open area space, reception area and tea/kitchen facilities. Services installed include a LPHW system providing heat via radiatiors and underfloor heating, with air conditioning providing heating and cooling facilities to two large multi-purpose areas. Hot and cold water services and associated sanitary ware were provided throughout. Mechanical extract ventilation and a drainage system were also installed.
