Magilligan Community Centre, Derry

Replacement Community Centre to provide a new state of the art centre featuring a community hall, an interactive training room a community office and modern kitchen facilities. Mechanical install included a new oil-fired heating system with ceil mounted radiators, AHU serving supply & extract to the whole building and specified BMS controls to monitor the building.
