Courtyard By Marriott Hotel, Oxford

This project consisted of the development of a disused Copper Callas building in the centre of Oxford to a 4 star hotel with 140 bedrooms over six storey’s and centred round a courtyard and roof terrace overlooking the city and castle. Mechanical installation included LPHW system, Plumbing system, BMS Systems, ventilation systems, and sanitary ware installation.
